Current database engine: ClickHouse (clickhouse)

This page runs ClickHouse (25.6), an open-source columnar database for real-time analytics. Tables use engines from the MergeTree family and are sorted by a key instead of indexed row by row, which makes aggregations over billions of rows fast. ClickHouse SQL adds arrays and arrayJoin(), LowCardinality columns, -If and -State aggregate combinators and approximate functions such as uniq().

Use it to try ClickHouse syntax without installing a server, and compare analytical queries with DuckDB.

NEW Now embed mode is available: put an interactive SQL editor on any web page with one script tag.

SQLize is a browser-based ClickHouse SQL editor and query runner for fast testing, debugging, formatting, and sharing. It is useful for interview tasks, migration checks, analytics validation, and learning SQL in a real execution environment.

Developers, students and data analysts from more than 100 countries, most of all India, the United States, Russia, Brazil, Italy, Poland and Vietnam, use SQLize to run ClickHouse queries online without installing a database server. A shareable link turns any query into a reproducible example for a colleague, a teacher or a question on Stack Overflow.
